Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be challenging. Is there a feeling of a square hole with a round peg, that sense of not fitting in? What is normal? I understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why offering teletherapy services allow you to connect from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
Mindfulness counseling can help you develop a greater sense of awareness and inner peace. I can provide guidance and support to help you learn mindfulness techniques, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.
Addiction can be a difficult cycle to break, but with the right support and treatment, recovery is possible. With an understanding I am here to help you overcome addiction and develop a healthy, fulfilling life in recovery.
