Addiction can be a difficult cycle to break, but with the right support and treatment, recovery is possible. With an understanding I am here to help you overcome addiction and develop a healthy, fulfilling life in recovery. An assessment will be necessary and possible signposting to an agency given the level and stage of recovery.
If you're struggling with anxiety, I can help you learn practical coping strategies to manage your symptoms. We'll work together develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs.
Depression can make it difficult to enjoy life and engage in activities you once loved. Together we can work on how to overcome depression and develop a more positive outlook on life.
Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be challenging. Currently working with LGBTQIA+ community and Neurodiverse clients on how relationships may be affected by our perceived level of what is 'normal' but what is normal? Working together with you, validating your experiences we can work on where you are in this moment in time and understand what relationships mean for you.
Stress is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. I can help you learn practical strategies to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.
If you've experienced trauma, it's important to seek help from a qualified therapist. As with addictions higher levels of trauma may need specialists such as EMDR or CBT therapy, we can discuss this in the consultation and sign post as necessary, I will work with you as much as ethically possible.
